Project Manager

Job Overview:
Customer satisfaction is our priority, the Project Manager has to ensure quality of our projects and smooth execution process. He should be an excellent communicator, having a knack for building relationships. He will be the driving force behind new and ongoing project opportunities and will be directly impacting our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of project with cost consciousness ensuring timeline and people management.
• Planning of all construction operation and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met, including equipment and material.
• Monitor Quality and safely norms.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Site management.
• Learn customers’ needs and wants and personalise purchase opportunities to address them.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demos on projects and services.
• Negotiate/close deals with external vendors.
• Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement/ satisfaction.
• Work as a team player, upholding company policies in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment.
• Follow the company processes and procedures in relation to lead management and reporting.
• Managing the performance of various teams by displaying effective characteristics and ethics that motivates and inspires them to deliver on challenges and to be successful.
• Devising key real estate business strategies, developing and evolving new concepts to solve for a fast moving and continuously changing real estate business environment.
• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver against real estate goals and strategy.

Requirements:

• MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
• In depth understanding of Construction procedures, materials and Project management.
• Proficiency in MS projects, Auto CAD (optional), ERP, CRM.
• Familiar with tax, rules and regulations.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Real estate.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
