Maurya Homes is the brainchild of Late Rahul Shrivastav, the founder of the organization. Emerging from the efforts and hardships of Late Mr. Shrivastav, Maurya Homes has reached the pinnacle of success as a leading real estate company in Ranchi.

Embellished with B.A degree in Law, he commenced his professional career as an entrepreneur. Being a passionate and ambitious person, he constantly made his effort to touch remarkable milestones. His relentless pursuit for excellence and quality led to unparalleled operational efficiency.

In 1984, he developed one of the best villas in Ranchi named Ashok Vihar with a few of his partners. The state-of-the-art architecture and world-class quality have made this venture a significant one. Later, in 1990, he established his own real estate company Maurya Homes and since then the legacy of passion has continued. With a constant urge to grow, he had created not only an organization but a brand that runs on strong business ethics.

Mr. Ekansh Bachchan

Managing Director

Mr. Ekansh Bachchan is the managing Director of Maurya Homes who lends his proficiency to the exponential growth and success of the business. Under his astute leadership, Maurya Homes has set a benchmark in the industry and become one of the leading real estate groups in North-Eastern India.

With a prestigious educational background that includes Engineering degree from B.I.T (Mesra) and M.B.A (Executive) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, Mr. Bachchan has been playing a pivotal role in infusing modern technology and sustainable construction technique to construction. He is associated with Maurya Homes for the last 9 years and has made remarkable contributions with his strong dedication, hard work, profound knowledge, and ambitious attitude.

Mr. Bachchan is the East Zone Secretary of CREDAI Youth Wing and executive member of the Real Estate Committee in FJCCI. Apart from these, he is an avid social worker who works for the welfare of underprivileged people and contributes especially to the education of poverty-stricken students.

Anima Shrivastav

Chairperson

Mrs. Anima Shrivastav is the co-founder and chairperson of Maurya Homes. She has been with the group for the last three decades and her contributions have made the company reach a new height. While following the legacy of trust, and quality, she has incorporated modern technologies into the real estate business. With more than 32 years of experience, she has played the role of leader and taken initiatives for eco-friendly and sustainable development.

Being a chairperson, Mrs. Shrivastav heads the administrative department of Maurya Homes. Her contribution is truly noteworthy for the success of the organization. She aims at ensuring the “overall development” of not only the company but also each individual who is associated with the organization. To her, Maurya Homes itself is a family where everyone has a good bonding and relationship with each other and they put their best effort into the growth and success of the company.

Sangya Bachchan

Mrs. Sangya Bachchan is a young and multi-talented personality with glorious academic background. She is the East Zone Secretary of CREDAI Women's Wing. She has completed engineering from Bangalore, and previously worked in multinational companies for more than 8 years. She has profound experience in IT, data analytics, governance, and making new business strategies.

Since it is an era of modern technology, Mrs. Sangya Bachchan is bringing and implementing new technologies to the business to give it a competitive edge. With expertise, she leads different positions in the company which includes Digital Marketing, Corporate Branding, Interior Solutions and ERP Management. To her, sincerity, commitment, and an honest effort are the key to achieving success which she follows with dedication for the growth of the business.

Harsha Bachchan

Mrs. Harsha Bachchan is one of the directors of Maurya Homes who leads the department of HR & Policies. She is a creative personality with strong educational background. She completed graduation from Miranda House and masters in English from Maulana Azad National Urdu University. Later she has done masters in Music from SNDT University, Mumbai. Her efforts, dedication, ethos and values and innovative ideas help Maurya Homes stand out from others and become a leading organization in the region.
